A set of flat picking fired up trad tunes – Salty River Reel/Three Forks of Cumberland/Redbird
The set was inspired by the fiddle playing of Dirk Powell and the Foghorn Stringband. We learned the tune Redbird from an old recording of Clark Kessinger. This track features some tenor banjo picking from Ewen Thomson and Grant Nicol on Mandolin.
